Somepeople may prefer to use "disposable" email addresses like Yahoo, Hotmail or Googlemail

Do not "tab" between lines to make your ad appear well spaced. It's a pain for us.
You don't need to repeat the words "For Sale" in the ad .
You don't need to put your email or name in the body copy .

Notes on contact information: The contact details should be for the person submitting the advert. If posting on behalf of someone else include additional contact information for that person within the body of the advert. There is an option to reserve your email address from display. However, even if you tick 'Reserve Email Address' we must receive a valid email address for the person submitting the advert! - without one we cannot respond to you if necessary and the advert will not be posted. Type carefully and use conventional format (it will be encoded before display). A phone number is optional and if given will be listed after the contact name. The Location field is for geographical area only - do not post your full address within the advert for security reasons.
