Details:
Some people have asked what the Item Condition is for. They is no hidden agenda for this just a nice tool for people to be able to sort items For Sale by. The options are just a baseline that allows the greatest classifcation while keeping the list small. If you think they could be a good option to fit a unique situation please let me know.

Brand New (Never used)
This is for brand new items that have never been used but might no longer in original packing cases or coverings.

Old Stock (New but storage spoil)
This for brand new items that also have been stored for sometime and may have marks from that but have never been used.

Excellent (Well maintained)
Items that have been used but are well loved by the owner(s). These are original items that have been keep in excellent condition in uses. Spare parts that are considered original or equivalent have been used for standard tooling wear.

Used (Correct working)
These are again original items that have been used but are in good working order.

Refurbished (Working but repaired)
This is for machines that have needed repairs to being them back into working order. A used item that has been refurbished can often be improved before being returned back into service.

Renovate (Complete but not finished)
Items that are complete, apart minor finishing parts and just need finishing. This may mean that parts still need work to concluded the items but all bigger tasks have been done.

Repair and Spares (To use to fix others)
Any items that are not all present or needs large scale tasks to bring the item back into use. The item may just need parts or might even be a part itself but needs repair. A lathe or likewise item needing tooling is considered complete but missing a tail stock it needs parts, the tail stock is classed as one of the forma options alone.

Multiple Parts (Read the descriptions)
When selling many iitems together you can class them together if you can or use this option if it is included in the description itself.

The options are just a guide to the condition of the items and are not legal, this means if an item is listed as used but is infact refurbished are not inspected by the homeworkshop team so cannot enforce any compliance with rules or laws, we might delete any adverts that we think are misleading.
