Use correct sentience formatting rules, a space after the colon: semi-colon; comma, full stop. and exclamation! characters. URL address will use words with dots between the words without spaces and if the system sees these it will treat them as URL links. NEW! logo after 10 years the tread board needed repainting, if any remember the old Green text logo might remember how the tread patten ended up becoming the background. The photos have also been upgraded to add logo's and date/time stamps to the images on upload so that the photos are noticeable for people linking to them.

Details: I have decided to sell my little lathe as I find I am rarely using it so its time to pass it on . Its had very little use, when bought I didnt like the belt drive system so I modified it to toothed belt and pulleys and reduced the drive ratio to give increased torque,its top spindle speed is now approx 2300rpm,down from a quoted 3800rpm. I allso fitted larger handwheels for more comfortable control. It comes with a new Q/R toolpost and 6 holders,3&4 jaw s/c chucks,tailstock drill chuck,fixed &rotating centres,faceplates and mountings ready for any modifications for tooling,all shown in photos. The items shown as requiring modification to fit the headstock have a 14mm locating flange and require a 15mm flange to fit the headstock( the two main items requiring this mod being the 4 jaw independant chuck and the ER25 collet chuck mounting plate). Allso included are new spare headstock spindles to make any additional tooling in the future(dividing head?) Collection only please.
Details: I have a full size large car engine that needs the main bearings bored so I am looking for a line boring kit. Typically these have 3 adjustable supports carrying bearings for a plain shaft into which cutters are inserted (1 bearing at a time). The shaft is rotated by hand or small motor and end feed applied either by hand or autofeed. There were many manufacturers - the photo lifted from the web shows an American version. I work so evenings/weekend best - the answer machine doesn't like the digital BT so keep trying until we get human-human contact. Gary

Anyway, the drawings I have were bad copies and can't make out the text in places, I wondered if anyone would kindly have a set to share? Also looking for a set of Stuart Governor set drawings if anyone has any to share?, to be fair I would love any Stuart drawings as plan to build more models in the future. Machines (Large Tooling) Refurbished (Working but repaired)
Details: Here we have a lovely, versatile miller. A copy of the Deckel FP1 cleaned up and refurbished by its previous owner. I’m looking to part with it as I have another and no room for two. It’s Morse Taper 4, single phase and just been fitted with a new DOL starter. Comes with the all important universal table in very nice condition, a set of collets and holder, correct overarm (but no arbour support), relevant drawbars (both home made, one nicer than the other!) and a Morse Taper 4 Jacobs chuck. I have the cover for the belts but it will need some fettling to fit with the motor arrangement.
Collets sizes are:
1mm - 17mm (in 1mm increments) with the exception of 2mm, no spares of them I’m afraid!

New collets and other tooling is readily available from Franz Singer in Germany. I can load this end onto a trailer (make sure it’s suitable, this is quite a heavy machine!). Any questions please ask, more photos on request and thanks for looking.
